The value for money at this hostel was unbeatable, with cheap rooms that were basic but comfortable. The location was great, with easy access to attractions and restaurants. The staff treated me like family, especially Brandon who went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic stay.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options to cater to different tastes.

I had a great time hiking and exploring. The free WiFi was a nice touch. Breakfast options were diverse. Oh, and the location was pretty good too.
Just loved the uncomfortable bed arrangement, the lingering clothes, and the charmingly disgusting shower. Absolutely my cup of tea.

Oh, how I loved the luxurious lack of amenities. Said no one ever!

I will give credit where it's due - the owners were friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for activities in the area. the location was convenient, close to the town center and away from the noise of the streets. The free rum and coke session was also a nice touch for socializing with other guests. However, these small positives were not enough to compensate for the poor conditions and lack of basic amenities.
Honestly, this place was a letdown. The rooms were cramped and the beds were uncomfortable.

From the moment we landed at the airport, we felt the excitement building up. The hostel's location was perfect for us party-goers, with awesome bars and clubs just a stone's throw away. The staff were super friendly and made us feel like part of the family. We had a blast exploring the stunning beaches and going on adrenaline-pumping adventures like island hopping and cliff diving. This place is a haven for young, adventurous souls like us!
If there was one thing we could ask for, it would be a livelier party scene at the hostel. Though there were plenty of nearby options, it would have been awesome to have some epic parties right at the hostel itself.

Hub Backpackers Hangout provides accommodation with free WiFi throughout the property. I was able to stay connected and share my adventures with my friends back home effortlessly. It felt like having a reliable internet connection in the middle of a remote island is as rare as finding a unicorn in a haystack!
Limited breakfast options.

Brandon, the owner, was an excellent host, always friendly and helpful. He even gave us the opportunity to upgrade to a better room at no extra cost. the staff were lovely and welcoming, providing useful advice on activities and organizing tours for us. They even let us borrow snorkeling equipment for free. Plus, every evening at 6.30pm, there was a rum and coke gathering where we could socialize with other guests.
I had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back. Cons: Nothing to dislike!

I stayed at Hub Backpackers in Coron for 6 nights and had an amazing time. It's a real backpacker place with a super social atmosphere. The owner, Brandon, is incredibly knowledgeable about local food and activities. The hostel is simple but clean, and the dormitories are located away from the common area, so I was able to sleep well. The free rum and coke every evening brought everyone together, and I made friends that I'll cherish. Plus, there are super cute puppies!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a hostel where the owners, Brandon & Joy, made us feel so welcomed. the positive vibes were amazing! Every evening, we sat together with other guests, drinking rum and having a great time. Brandon was always there to help us with anything we needed and gave us great tips on what to do. We loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay to a week. This place is not about fancy accommodation, but rather about meeting open-minded people from around the world and having a great time. Definitely check it out!
Can't fault anything about it! 😊.
